We’re excited to be working on an extension project that will transform this home into a functional, modern living space. The current layout doesn’t make the most of the beautiful afternoon sun or provide the open-plan feel the homeowners are most wanting, so these are our main focus areas. Our design will include a generous kitchen, dining, and living area, perfect for entertaining, with excellent indoor-outdoor flow leading to a well-appointed outdoor entertaining space. The project will also feature a clever use of the existing nook space, a guest powder room, and a backyard designed for sports, including a basketball area! This extension will keep the home’s era in mind while creating a space that’s perfect for modern living, all in a cost-effective way.
