A small 3m² extension transforms a home office into a welcoming and sun-filled breakfast room. Key features of this design include striking exposed ceiling beams, overhead APL glazing to flood the room with natural light, and 2.6m high double-glazed timber windows that open out to a modified dark concrete patio.
